We encourage all customers to inspect their packages upon collection in store, Marcore Shipping charges by weight and does not includes insurance fees. However we do ensure that your packages are received and delivered to you in good order. We are only responsible for packages that are delivered and updated by Our Warehouse Personnel at our Florida warehouse. A claim cannot be made outside these grounds. Please ensure that your packages are delivered are updated within 24 hours after your merchant marks it as delivered. You can request insurance for high value items but order invoices for these items must be submitted prior to entering our Jamaican ports, contact us for more information.

We encourage customers to pick up as soon as they receive their ready for pick up notification via email. Storage will be charged 14 days after your ready for pick notification is sent. Packages that are not collected after sixty (60) days will be discarded or sold to recover fees spent to transport and process packages. Reminder notifications are also sent via email. We have a first-in first-out policy where customer’s MUST collect the first package sent to them as ready for pick up before the newer set are available for pick up.

By signing up for MARCORE SHIPPING courier service you are giving us authorization to act as clearance agents on your behalf to conduct transaction with the Jamaica Customs Agency and authorities at Border Control and therefore monies paid over MUST be reimbursed at pick up before package/s are collected.
